SCULPERE LEVEL I

60 MINUTES 

A moderate intensity class; perfect for those who love yoga and have always wanted to try ballet. Class begins on the mat with yoga breathing, relaxation and stretching then to the ballet barre for basics of the Sculpere routine and terminology.The session ends on the mat with calisthetic core strengthening work and a calming cool down for body and mind. We strongly encourage all new members to take this class for 4 weeks prior to trying any other dance related classes, unless you have a background in dance/ballet.

SCULPERE LEVEL II

75 MINUTES 

Sculpere level II utilizes a similar format as Sculpere Level I, however incorporating weights, athletic plyometric movements, at a faster pace and with greater technical difficulty at the ballet barre. A perfect blend of ease and effort, this class runs 1hr and 15mins including extra time for a well deserved savasana (corpse pose). This class is recommended for those who have completed at least 4 weeks in Sculpere Level I or who have a background in dance/ballet.

BALLET BOOT CAMP

60 MINUTES

Inspired by ballet warm-ups and military style boot camps, this total body workout challanges the endurance of even the most physically fit. High intensity cardio intervals will get your heart rate pounding! Channel your inner dancer while you work up a sweat!  Best for members who have mastered Sculpere Level II or have a background in dance/ballet. Average Calorie Burn = 500cal


CORE SCULPT

45 MINUTES 

This class is a full body workout focusing on body alignment with a deep concentration on the abdominals, gluts and thighs. Utilizing calisthetic exercises - core strength, posture and coordination are vastly improved. With dedicated practice (at least 4 consecutive classes,) members achieve visible results as muscles are stretched & sculpted! Recommended for all levels and those with limb injuries.


DANCE CARDIO SCULPT

60 MINUTES 

A mix of cardio, sculpting, and coordination. Learn choreographed Jazz/Hip Hop inspired dance moves. Follow along with the instructor and get your heart pumping while jamming to the hottest music, and breaking a sweat while having fun!
