Pilates mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and achieve increased agility in your everyday movements. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.
Core Sculpt
A full body workout with a deep concentration on the abdominals, glutes and thighs. Utilizing calisthenic exercises, cardio, and weights - core strength, stamina and coordination are vastly improved. Members achieve visible results as muscles are stretched & sculpted!
Yoga Sculpt
Yoga sculpt incorporates the serenity of yoga with the power of weights. Using 2-5 lbs weights to help you find deeper stretches while simultaneously digging deeper to find your own strength and power.
Power Yoga
Wake up you mind and body with Power Yoga. Work up a sweat and discover how deep your deepest stretch can go. Open your body to its maximum potential while you detox, stretch, and sculpt.
