This class format has been updated as of September 2017. It is now a full body workout with a deep concentration on the abdominals, gluts and thighs. Utilizing calisthenic exercises, cardio, and weights - core strength, stamina and coordination are vastly improved. With dedicated practice (at least 4 consecutive classes,) members achieve visible results as muscles are stretched & sculpted! Recommended for all levels.
