I’m feeling nice and sore! I workout 5-7 days a week. I’m a pretty athletic person and thought it was not a hard class and didn’t think I would be sore at all. Welp, I was wrong :)

Christina is the BEST. She throughly explains each exercise and offers modifications to make the workout more intense or less intense if desired. I also love the studio. The space is cozy and inviting.

I loved this class! Very ballet based moves (which I absolutely loved as I used to dance when I was younger), to a tempo that got your heart rate up for cardio. Then some core work on the mat to finish the class. Also, the studio has a nice calming feel to it, which was great after a hectic Monday at work.

Christina is awesome! She explains the movement and takes time to correct the form. Class consists of yoga stretch warm up, followed by ballet barre exercises, brief section of jumps, stretch again, and savasana finale. Lots of fun
