Students will learn to honor the strengths and limitations of the body and leave class feeling rejuvenated, and relaxed. Highly recommended for those recovering from spinal injuries. Mommy & Me Yoga is all about balancing motherhood with self care. This monthly class provides an opportunity for mommies to reconnect with them themselves while simultaneously staying connected to their babies. We will focus on asanas that build strength and stamina for postnatal bodies, as well as empowerment for women on the adventure of motherhood. Some gentle baby massage and stretches will also be included, as well as yoga poses to practice with your baby.
